KNOWLEDHGE OF MARRIOTTS FOSSI A LARGE PLUS
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using hotel management software Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure all records are complete and accurate Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and maintain high standards of hospitality Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with previous hotel experience preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient front desk operations Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing personalized service and resolving issues diplomatically Experience with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort setting Embark on a rewarding career where your positive attitude and hospitality expertise will shine!
