Job Description

Looking for energetic, motivated, self starters who love creating experiences for our guests to join our team at the Best Western Plus in Cathedral City.
Some of the duties include:
Responsible for the 100% satisfaction of our guests at check in; check out and fulfilling their requests during their stay. Our successful associates perform all check in and out procedures, assign and disburse room keys, inform guests about hotel services and the city, answer telephones as needed, post charges, handle and balance cash and credit card transactions daily in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Responds to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services, facilities and outlets; provides guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction. Please note Night Auditor position does pay a premium.
