We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Front Desk Agent who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional hospitality. What You'll Do Every day brings new opportunities to create outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you will: Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Efficiently check guests in and out while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to help guests make the most of their stay. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally. Assist guests with questions, requests, special accommodations, and concerns. Anticipate guest needs and personalize their stay by recording preferences. Promote room upgrades and hotel services to enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue. Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts with precision. Manage safe deposit boxes according to hotel procedures. Resolve guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and excellent service recovery. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure every guest receives exceptional service. Follow all hotel safety, security, and operational procedures. Assist with concierge services, guest room tours, and other special requests as needed. Perform additional duties that contribute to an exceptional guest experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred. Experience with SynXis and/or Opera Property Management Systems is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand for extended periods while working at the front desk. Lift or carry items up to 50 lbs. (23 kg). Operate computers, phones, and other office equipment. Use hotel property management and reservation systems. Perform basic mathematical calculations when handling payments and guest accounts. Schedule Hospitality never sleeps, and neither do great guest experiences. Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Our Team?
