Innkeeper

The 1906 Lodge is seeking candidates for our full-time Innkeeper position. As part of our Front Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities :

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately Provide information about lodge amenities, local attractions, and dining options Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously Assist with reservations and room assignments Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Process payments and maintain accurate records Serve breakfast and attend to other food service functions Assist with kitchen cleaning duties Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications :

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures a plus Food service experience a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Food Handlers License If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
