Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent/Concierge to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and address guest inquiries with a positive attitude. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, concierge services, and special accommodations. Maintain excellent guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service throughout their stay. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Uphold hotel policies, phone etiquette standards, and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to ensure clear interactions with guests and team members. Pay:
