Role:

Hotel Huntington is looking for a professional, welcoming, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team in Duarte. As the face of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out. We offer a stable work environment with 32-40 hours per week , a supportive management team, and the opportunity to grow your career in hospitality. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Guest Experience:

Warmly greet guests, handle the check-in/check-out process, and provide information about hotel amenities and the Duarte area.

Reservations:

Manage reservations using Skyware PMS and issue guest keys using Dormakaba (Saflok) .

Communication:

Act as a hub between guests and our housekeeping/maintenance teams to ensure every room is perfect and guest needs are met promptly.

Problem Solving:

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Financial Integrity:

Securely process payments, verify guest IDs, and maintain accurate records of room rates and availability. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Experience with Skyware PMS is highly preferred. (If you know how to navigate Skyware, you are our top candidate!) Experience with travel planning websites (Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor). Comfortable using electronic key encoding systems and credit card processing terminals. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new hospitality software quickly.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with Skyware PMS and Dormakaba (Saflok) is a big plus. Must be comfortable using computers for booking and billing.

Availability:

Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays . Occasional availability for Night Audit shifts is highly valued.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills. Being bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) is a strong advantage for our diverse guest base.
