Our property has just been fully remodeled in 2017 and is a busy, 150 room hotel with food & beverage outlets and Sports Bar. We have over 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting space as well as other areas for creative sales for banquets! Responsible for the overall operation of hotel as set up by our policies and procedures during the graveyard shift as well as accurately balance all hotel income and expenses.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Balance all room revenue, F&B revenue and room expenses.
• Balance all room and tax charges
• Completes daily sales recap and supporting documents for the general manager review.
• Prepare the housekeeper's report regarding the status of the occupied, vacant and out-of-order rooms for that night.
• Performs all Guest Service Representative function as required.
• Assist in booking room reservations.
• Assist in hotel, phone calls, wake up call and notifies guest of any messages.
• Will perform duties associated with Night Manager Responsibilities.
• Assist in the training of others, making sure that they understand the principles of the night audit.
• Use all safety equipment
• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years experience as a Night Auditor/ MOD
• Great customer service skills
• Knowledge of computer software and reservation systems
• Accounting knowledge
• Work environment- standing and continuous walking for up to 6hrs
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
• Able to work weeknights, weekends and Holidays No phone calls please due to large amount of interested applicants.
