We'll train the right person About the Role TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Foster City is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of the hotel. If you have customer service experience and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests Handle reservations, payments, and basic cash handling Coordinate with housekeeping and management to support daily operations Create a positive, professional, and memorable guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Strong communication and people skills Able to work weekends and one flexible night per week from 2:30-10:30pm Customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus, but not required Experience with Marriott
