In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face for our guests and their children, creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Your energetic personality and excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills will help guests feel at home while managing daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, production driven, and the ability to think fast on your feet and adapt is a must. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive first impression. Oversee Kids Klub activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and entertaining environment for children of all ages. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally. Assist with Managerial operations. Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly with effective conflict management techniques, and address concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and production within the club. Collaborate and support other departments (Membership, Personal Training) as needed to ensure efficient office workflow.
