You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.
Compensation:
$16.50 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy. Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process. Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
