As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, manage bookings, and resolve inquiries to deliver an exceptional stay. The ideal candidate has prior hotel front office experience and hands-on familiarity with industry-standard hotel software. [1, 2] Key Responsibilities Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Process payments, deposits, and room assignments accurately. Answer phone calls and emails regarding reservations and rates. Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally. Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transit. Maintain a clean and organized front desk lobby area. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills & Qualifications Customer Service:
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, welcoming attitude.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict calmly.
Multitasking:
Ability to manage phone lines, walk-in guests, and paperwork simultaneously.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. [1, 2] Experience Requirements 1+ years of previous hotel front desk experience required. Hands-on experience with major hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is required. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in: Oracle

Cloud (Wyndham systems) choice
ADVANTAGE
/ SkyTouch (Choice Hotels systems) Other systems like Marriott FOSSE/LightSpeed or SynXis are a plus. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
