In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, cleans tents and the property, ensures their accommodations are spotless, and maintains a warm, inviting atmosphere. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service in a lively resort environment that celebrates nature and comfort. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while making every guest's stay extraordinary. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and check-out procedures, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations, including, tents, or glamping units, following established cleaning protocols Ensure all guest areas are prepared to the highest standards of hospitality and comfort Support guest relations by addressing concerns quickly and courteously, fostering positive relationships throughout their stay Conduct regular inspections of the resort grounds and accommodations to uphold cleanliness standards and safety regulations Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong foundation in guest services and customer care Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse guests from around the world Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of hotel experience best practices, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining attention to detail in cleaning tasks Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions and teamwork within a lively hospitality setting Join us in creating unforgettable experiences at our scenic glamping resort!
