Job Description
Job description The Front Desk Agent is responsible for productive, efficient and smooth day to day Front Desk operations ensuring exceptional customer service and total guest satisfaction by performing the following duties:
Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, informing guests of hotel's facilities at time of registration.
- Handle guest requests, issues, and complaints and proactively resolve in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and hotel.
- Answer guest queries regarding local area facilities and be able to give proper info and directions to these areas.
- Proper telephone etiquette, transferring of calls, and taking detailed messages according to company standards.
- Must be able to work well with others and must be able to work alone.
- Professional, honest, reliable, and adaptable.
- Weekends & holidays a must (flexible schedule is a plus).
- Knowledge of previous hospitality experience a plus.
- Understanding all parts of hotel activity and all other aspects.
- Parking Vehicles (Have valid drivers license).
- Moving bags up to 50 pounds.
