As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will serve as a welcoming presence throughout the resort, engaging with guests, coordinating activities, and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Coordinate and support resort activities, events, and guest experiences. Promote resort amenities, dining outlets, and local attractions. Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest recognition efforts. Process guest transactions accurately when required. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all guests. Collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless service and uphold Marriott brand standards. Qualifications Previous hospitality, guest service, event coordination, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to engage confidently with guests and create memorable experiences. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
