Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy Handle multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information with accuracy Support night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance Collaborate with hotel management to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring guest relations are prioritized at all times Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially at the front desk or guest services roles Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally over the phone or in person Experience working in resort environments or large hotels with complex guest needs is highly desirable Please apply on careers.hyatt.
