Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort or hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will be essential in delivering top-tier guest relations and supporting daily operations with efficiency and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently using hotel management systems. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance their stay. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately. Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests while ensuring data accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a focus on front desk functions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and resolve issues effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate comfortably with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems for seamless communication. Familiarity with guest relations, resort operations, and hospitality industry standards. Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting via phone or in person. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities, including financial reconciliation and reporting.
