Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, handling reservations and billing details with precision. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services to enhance their stay. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the front desk area in a neat, organized manner while managing guest relations seamlessly. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Help breakfast host(ess) set up before end of shift. Flexibility for nights, weekends, or holidays Hospitality or hotel experience is often preferred but not always required

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
