$23.00 Hourly Job Summary Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for people entering the lobby or calling the association. As such, Front Desk Associate must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the Lobby. The Front Desk Associate is expected to possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies and procedures, as well as familiarity with the Association's amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent Action Property Management and the association by warmly greeting residents and guests at the Front Desk. Answer telephones and address residents and guests at the front desk Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby and association's common areas. Assist with amenity reservations Provide basic concierge services including dining recommendations and reservations, taxi and shuttle accommodations and directions Receive and distribute resident and association's packages Be Familiar with the association's rules and policies. Check in and announce all visitors. Maintain access control. Requirements At least one year of front desk/concierge experience in a luxury hotel, residential, or retail environment is highly desirable. Bilingual in Korean is required Polished and professional communication and presentation. Strong multitasking skills Ability to work cooperatively with Action management, co-workers, contractors, and a diverse group of residents, homeowners, and guests. Ability to exercise good judgment, take appropriate initiative, demonstrate flexibility, and respond quickly to changing situations and business needs.
