Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service, administrative support, and professional communication within a structured and team-focused environment.

Salary Range:
$18.50 - $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls. Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, office procedures, and general inquiries. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and security procedures are followed. Route customer or visitor requests and concerns to the appropriate department when necessary. Assist in resolving basic inquiries and ensure proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
