The Inn provides Napa visitors with accommodations that feel like home while staying true to Wine Country's chic, boutique aesthetic Our restaurant ALBA Bar & Cafe is open daily for breakfast, and small bites in the evening at the Bar. Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. • Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows, excel.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [50] lbs if required

.. In return, the Front Desk Agent will be rewarded with competitive compensation. We offer health benefits, Nonstop Health benefits program, paid Vacation, Pay on Demand and a 401k savings plan which you will be eligible to join after 90 days of employment. The Company match is currently 50 cents per dollar of employee contribution up to 6% and is subject to change. The match is effective on the first of the quarter following one year of employment.
