  • $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Food provided Qualifications Bilingual Guest relations Multilingual Phone communication Passenger Endorsement Shuttle driving CDL Phone etiquette Full Job Description We are seeking an outgoing Guest Service Agent/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport, a newly opened, and fully renovated full-service hotel with exceptional amenities including on-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks coffee.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Skills:
  • Transportation:
    Holds a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Commercial Driver's license with passenger endorsement or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Open availability with flexibility to cover a rotating overnight front desk agent shift.
  • Experience in hospitality customer service or front desk role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
