The candidate must possess a strong background in HOTEL and LODGING and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. 2 years of previous experience, strong background in HOTEL front desk operations is essential Bilingual (preferrably in Spanish and Chinese) candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM. Must work Weekends and holidays Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy, Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
