In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems. Manage reservations efficiently via multi-line phone systems, online platforms, and in-person requests, ensuring accuracy and guest preferences are met. Provide detailed information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are fulfilled quickly and effectively. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support excellent guest relations. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Experience operating multi-line phone systems and handling front desk operations confidently. Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres and resolving issues diplomatically.
