Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and flexible Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their schedule and is comfortable working both overnight and traditional front desk shifts. The schedule will typically consist of 2-3 Night Audit shifts per week and 2-3 additional Front Desk shifts , which may include AM, PM, or Mid shifts based on business needs. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process reservations and payments accurately. Perform Night Audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and completing required reports. Maintain accurate guest records and hotel documentation. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Ensure the front desk area remains organized and professional. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience preferred. Previous Night Audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Schedule Requirements Full-time availability required. Must be available to work 2-3 overnight Night Audit shifts weekly . Must be available to work additional AM, PM, or Mid shifts as scheduled. Weekend and holiday availability required.
