This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during overnight hours, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hotel management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and efficiency. Bilingual abilities and hospitality management experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and streamline hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, including reservation inquiries and guest requests Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and reservations Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to security, safety, and confidentiality Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed Requirements Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment Hospitality management or hotel experience is desirable but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences while developing valuable industry skills.
