In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. During overnight hours, you will perform detailed audits to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency, all while providing a safe and hospitable environment for our guests. Your passion for hospitality management and guest relations will shine through in every interaction, making each stay exceptional. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting safety inspections during night shifts. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, processing payments, and maintaining guest records. Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest confidentiality, and safety procedures to deliver consistent service excellence. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial. Experience in night audit procedures or hotel night shifts is desirable but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution. Knowledge of resort or hotel operations, including guest services and hospitality standards, will help you succeed.
