Front Desk Associate

We are looking to hire a front desk agent Shifts are 8 hours. Must be available for the full 8 hours Must be available weekends and holidays. Job duties include but are not limited to: Checking guests in and out of the hotel. Ensuring guest satisfaction up to brand service standards Learn and use the hotel's property management system and computer system. Answer guest inquiries regarding local activities, restaurants, special sites and directions Resolving guest issues/complaints Maintain a hospitable and friendly attitude with guests and hotel staff Build guest loyalty by providing exceptional guest service Make and modify hotel reservations Ability to answer a multi line phone system Learn about the hotel's layout, guestrooms, and amenities and be able to sell the hotel accordingly. Stand for up to 3 hours at a time Business professional attire.
