Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions Respond to emergency situations promptly and follow established protocols Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and property issues Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and perform basic accounting tasks Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hours Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of property management systems and reservation software is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment that values dedication, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
