Embassy Suites La Jolla, San Diego About the Role We're looking for a warm, energetic, and service-minded Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and set the tone for an exceptional stay. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and genuine demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing. Answer calls, respond to guest inquiries, and manage reservations. Assist guests with requests, questions, and concerns—delivering timely solutions and elevating the guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area. Communicate room availability, assignments, and guest preferences with the operations team. Uphold hotel safety, security, and service standards at all times. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle guest concerns professionally. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when needed. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required in hospitality.
