This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding guest service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Make reservations and process payments. Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally. Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest requests. Monitor the lobby and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. Follow hotel policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
