In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel's hospitality standards Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maximizing room occupancy Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience with a strong focus on guest services and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of resort operations and hospitality industry best practices This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
