Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lobby Attendant/AM & PM shifts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the lobby area including floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as toiletries, hand sanitizers, and reading materials
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Required to clean guest rooms depending on occupancy and hotel needs Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of hotel or custodial operations
- Familiarity with floor care techniques
- Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to clean guest rooms and make beds in proper form
