BILINGUAL FRONT DESK AGENT, ALL SHIFTS

We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents for all shifts to join our team at our three neighboring hotels in

San Francisco:

Tilden Hotel, Cornell Hotel de France, and Golden Gate Hotel.

This role will include:

Float between hotels Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data Welcome guests upon their arrival Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Find a resolution to guest dissatisfaction Keep contact with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals Correspondence via email with guests regarding their stay People pleasing attitude Naturally conversational

Requirements:

We believe in the right attitude and the rest can be trained! Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not necessary Willingness to learn software Excellent communication skills Must be available to work weekends Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision Bilingual;
