Full Time Front Desk Specialist

Join Our Front Desk Team at Psoas Massage + Bodywork We're a leading massage clinic in search of a friendly, reliable Front Desk Specialist to support our clients and therapist team. This is a key role in creating a calm and welcoming environment while keeping our daily operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone interested in full-time work with great customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. Ideal candidates are organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us long-term.

Full-time:

5 days 38hrs: Tues - Sat with flexibility

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out Schedule and confirm appointments Communicate clearly via phone, email, and text Support therapists and clinic flow Keep things organized and tidy Use tools like Meevo, ClickUp, Google Workspace Willingness to take on admin projects after training

What We're Looking For:

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Great communicator and team player Tech-fluent and confident across platforms and learning new systems. Previous admin or front desk experience is required Interest in massage or wellness fields is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits:
