Seeking energetic, guest-focused, and professional Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. As the first and last point of contact for hotel guests, this role plays a critical part in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth front office operations. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoy helping people, and are passionate about customer service, guest relations, and hotel operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional while multitasking and resolving guest concerns.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, hospitality, and enthusiasm. Welcome guests, complete hotel check-in and check-out procedures, and assist with reservations. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations. Maximize daily room revenue opportunities and assist with room sales and availability management. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, special requests, and room assignments. Maintain accurate guest information, room status updates, and amenity tracking within hotel systems. Review daily front office logs, guest feedback, and operational updates to ensure continuity between shifts. Utilize the Lightspeed Property Management System (PMS) and other hotel systems to support front office operations. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment. Support additional hotel operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned.WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a strong guest-service mindset. Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment. Comfortable handling guest concerns, service recovery situations, and operational challenges professionally. Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel reservation or property management systems preferred. Experience with Lightspeed PMS is a plus. Dependable attendance and punctuality, available flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or hospitality education is a plus. Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
