Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends, and holidays Responsibilities include: Accurately process and post all daily charges to guest accounts Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a warm and helpful attitude Ensure all financial transactions (credit cards, cash, direct billing) are processed correctly Provide excellent service to guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment •

Qualifications:

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to stay organized and multitask under limited supervision Sound judgment, discretion, and dependability Basic computer knowledge is preferred Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
