- $24 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Free parking Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Qualifications Food service closing procedures Venue beverage service Proactive hotel and accommodations guest assistance Store opening/closing procedures Front desk Venue guest services Full Job Description Job Summary With 17 overnight accommodations, bar, game room, and restaurant onsite, Circle Bar B Guest Ranch, nestled up Refugio Canyon in the Santa Ynez Mountains, is seeking a talented Guest Services expert to join our Front Desk team!
- Check in Guests, and complete all check in tasks
- Take Reservations via phone
- Process Credit Card Payments, and record Payments
- Bartending/serving guests
- Assisting with Dinner and breakfast service, and setup as needed
- Complete Site Tours with tentative event partners
- Removing trash from bar/workstations areas
- Complete all opening/closing tasks during respective shifts
- Complete property and room inspections
- Anticipate the Guests' needs while providing excellent service!
Job Details & Requirements:
- $20•24 Per Hour DOE + tips•Breakfast or Dinner included during each working shift•Ability to work on nights, weekends, and/or holidays is a must•Ability to serve alcoholic beverages is a must (21 and older)•Potential gas stipend for commuting, in addition to hourly wage and tips•Seeking Part Time or Full Time Employment Circle Bar B Guest Ranch has been a beloved destination for over 85 years, offering a mild year-round climate and breathtaking landscapes.
