As a Front Desk Agent you will play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' first impression and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will be the face of our hotel, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere while performing a variety of essential tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Check-in and checkout procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively. Managing guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs. Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area. Processing payments, including cash and credit card transactions. Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings. Resolving guest issues in a courteous and diplomatic manner. Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
