Front Desk Agent Inn on Summer Hill Summerland, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Guest reservation booking Proactive hotel and accommodations guest assistance Processing cash transactions Hotel and accommodations guest check-out Venue guest services Hotel experience Full Job Description The Inn On Summerhill is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate who can provide the professionalism and hospitality that has come to be expected by the 4 diamond Bed and Breakfast Inn. Applicant must have open availability and be able to work rotating weekends and holidays. Weekends/holidays are mandatory. Shifts are from 2:30PM To 9:30PM/ 3:00PM to 8:30PM Previous customer service experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, mature, and detailed oriented to join our team. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and take pride in their work. We are especially interested in individuals willing to take that extra step to ensure guest satisfaction. This candidate would be versed in all things related to Santa Barbara (restaurants, tourist attractions, hiking trails, parks etc...).Job duties to include but not limited to, answering telephone calls, making reservations, checking in and checking out guests, cash handling, helping with luggage when needed, giving recommendations on activities in the area, and helping in any other department as needed.
