You will ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their visit. Looking for Full Time & Part Time GSA/ has experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and cleanliness
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Ensures security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience in a hotel or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and be able to problem-solve
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
Work Environment:
Flexible schedule required, including availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Primarily indoor work within the hotel's front desk and lobby areas. High School diploma or equivalent is required Requires standing and walking for long periods throughout the shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally

$19.50 per hour
