Position:

Front Desk Agent | Part Time At Ayres Hotels, we take pride in providing a "home away from home" for all our guests by presenting a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent who enjoys being part of a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Job Summary:

The primary duties of the guest service representative are to assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner the Ayres Way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Other job duties may be assigned. Perform duties as outlined in the Front Office Training Procedures. Make reservations as needed both in person and over the phone and ensuring to provide accurate hotel rates and information with proper phone etiquette Register guests and issue room keys to registered hotel guest Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with guests. Provide information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions Ensure guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters. Maintain the security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information. Maintain guest confidentiality. Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values and Mission Statement. Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

We Deliver Results Pay:
