Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Handle front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and providing information about services or office procedures. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage correspondence via email or mail. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment reminders, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory. Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to streamline daily operations and ensure data accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a professional setting. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant tasks is beneficial. Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping is essential. Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
