Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent and Night Audit professional, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. During overnight shifts, you will also perform detailed financial audits to ensure accuracy and security of all transactions. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests while supporting efficient hotel operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management Maintain guest relations by ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns with a positive attitude Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with guests and staff at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, managing guest accounts, and documenting shift activities Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and team members Experience working in resort or hospitality environments that emphasize guest relations and service excellence Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
