Job Description

WestWall Lodge - Now Hiring Front Desk Agent WestWall Lodge, a premier slope side property in Mt. Crested Butte, is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our guest-focused team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment, interacting with guests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Position:
Front Desk Agent Pay Range:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location:
Mt. Crested Butte, CO Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting guests in person and by phone Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Providing excellent customer service and property information Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed Handling payments and daily reporting Maintaining a professional and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Come join a great team in a beautiful mountain setting!
