$18.00-$19.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable guest experience, making visitors feel valued and comfortable from their first interaction with us. This position offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills will shine, contributing to our reputation for outstanding guest relations. City Express by Marriott is a modern, guest-focused hotel brand known for delivering efficient service and comfortable stays. Located conveniently near the airport, we serve a diverse range of travelers—from business professionals to vacationers—providing a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports as needed Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Ability to handle night audit responsibilities or willingness to learn this aspect of hotel management Previous hotel or resort experience will be considered a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating welcoming, memorable experiences for every guest.
