Job Description

Front Desk Senior Living 6800 Leetsdale Drive, Denver, CO 80224 From $20 an hour - Part-time From $20 an hour - Part-time We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate . This is a key role responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Position Overview The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for our community and plays an essential role in delivering excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate has prior front desk or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with seniors. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Manage resident and visitor check-in procedures Provide accurate information and assistance to residents and families Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling Monitor front entrance and ensure community safety protocols are followed Coordinate with staff to support daily operations and resident needs
Qualifications Required:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Meaningful work making a difference in residents' lives
Schedule:
