Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a PM Front Desk Agent, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours, ensuring smooth check-ins, exceptional guest services, and seamless operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately Maintain detailed records of guest information, reservations, and billing using hotel management software Assist with guest relations by providing local information, directions, and personalized service to enhance their stay Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards Support overall front desk operations during evening shifts, ensuring smooth flow of activities and guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort settings Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting via phone or in person Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment. Pay:
$19.50 - $22.00 per hour
