Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through the check-in process efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence, answering inquiries, making reservations, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, demonstrating exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and facilities are in top condition for arriving guests. Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat visits. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Hotel experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent computer skills, critical thinking, and financial acumen are required to ensure efficient check-in and check-outs, and accurate guest billing. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including phone etiquette, guest services, and resort operations.
