Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using multi-line phone systems Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering prompt and courteous assistance Maintain smooth front desk operations, including processing payments and issuing room keys Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and providing personalized service Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest interactions Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of resort operations, guest relations, and hospitality best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
