Job Description:
Comfort Suites is looking for Front Desk Agent for Comfort Suites Denver Tech Center. Agent would work primarily work 3 p.m. to 11p.m Saturday and Sunday Night Audit not required but a plus. Night Audit schedule is from 11-7 a.m. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests, registering guests, taking payments, checking in & out guests and all-around customer service. They run reports and make sure all transactions are correct. We need agents who are friendly, dependable and detailed. The agent needs to be able to multitask by answering phone calls and helping people in front of them. We need individuals who take pride in a job well done. Previous hotel experience preferred. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. Applicants need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for 8-hour shift.
